RESACIFROAT is a network of professionals working with rural women’s associations in Benin, Burkina Faso, Chad, Ivory Coast, Mali, Niger, and Togo. Founded in 2004, it aims to connect, support, and strengthen rural women and their organizations, especially their participation in decision-making on issues that affect them.

This grant supports the regional coordination of RESACIFROAT’s members, as well as program support to rural women’s unions in Benin and Mali. It aims to improve organizational stability, as well as reinforce collaboration between the coordinating office and RESACIFROAT’s grassroots members.
