Founded in 2002, the mission of the Zimbabwe Smallholders' Organic Farmers Forum (Zimsoff) is to create and nurture a dynamic alliance of smallholder farmer organizations that promote organic farming, processing, and marketing in order to uplift the welfare of smallholder farmers in Zimbabwe through participatory ecological land use planning and management.

This grant supports Zimsoff to upgrade the irrigation system at the Shashe agroecology field school. This school is also supported in part by New Field through its partnership with La Via Campesina.
